The room was beautifully maintained and the views of the Old City of Siena were magnificent! The hotel's location was excellent and lovely, very close to all the best sites in Siena, and center.

Nice food, lovely and informative stuff at the reception desk. Delightful and terrific units with a fabulous view over Siena and fresh plaster. Brilliant, marvellous location close to everything except the bus station. Short walk to the centre of the old town, the Piazza del Campo and the other attractions.

There was no WiFi connection.

The double room had basic facilities you need, a mini-bar and a hair dryer. The hotel was in the very central setting in the walking distance from historical centar.

The continental breakfast is sensational with lots of meals. The double room is well-appointed, we also appreciated spectacular views.

Everything was wonderful, kind staff, good views over the cathedral and surrounding countryside. The room was clean and really needs to be refurbished as the bed was uncomfortable. The casual restaurant was great with variety of meals in the menu.

Good sized units with wonderful view and a balcony, and the staff were very attentive.

It was bright, nicely equipped and with a great view out our window. Got an excellent breakfast included.

Views were really bad.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Siena. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from both the magnificent Duomo and the vibrant Piazza del Campo. The friendly staff, especially those serving coffee, made our experience even more enjoyable. The room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. Plus, the view from our balcony was breathtaking.

The noise from other guests' pets was a bit disruptive at times.

The location in Siena was perfect. Just a few blocks from the major sites. The staff were great. We stayed in a quad room that had two walls of windows with spectacular view of the Duomo and small areas for our children.

No lift to top floor rooms. Parking was a hassle because of hotel location, but much of Siena has this issue.

No fuss, relaxed and helpful

Unusual hotel, nicely equipped rooms, residential area. Good service provided. Clean facilities, parking off site. Magnificent location minutes from an art museum. Good restaurant.
